To make overdue loan payments online, you can use any of the following methods:
a. Click on the “Do Now” option to initiate payment instantly.
b. Use Axis Bank Internet Banking: Login >> Accounts >> Loans >> Select Loan no. >> Click on “Pay Overdue” >> Select the Account >> Enter the Amount >> Enter the NetSecure Code (will be sent to your registered mobile number)
c. Use BHIM Axis Pay or any UPI app (for alphanumeric loan accounts): Initiate a UPI payment using VPA format loans.<loan account number>@axisbank, enter the amount and remarks, and submit. The amount will be credited on the next working day.
d. Make a NEFT transfer from any bank account using the following details:
Beneficiary Name: Your Name
Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
IFSC Code: UTIB0000245 (for alphanumeric loan numbers) or UTIB0000004 (for numeric loan numbers)
Beneficiary Account Number: Your Loan Number
Use Net Banking from other banks: Go to Make Payments > Overdue Payments > Overdue Loan Payments. The amount will be credited within 3 working days.
Use the Mobile Banking App, open: Log in, select Loans > Pay Overdue, choose your savings account (if applicable), and validate with your MPIN. The payment will be credited within 2 working days.
