What do I do if a fraudulent transaction has taken place on my Debit Card?

In the event that your Debit Card is used fraudulently, using Axis Mobile or Internet Banking, follow the below path to block your Card:

a. Axis Mobile: Login > More > Other Services > Block Debit Card

b. IB: Login > Cards > Debit Cards > Select card > Block Debit Card

c. Call Phone Banking or visit the nearest Axis Bank branch to block your Debit Card.

The Debit Card must be immediately blocked. The channels available to block a Debit Card are PBO, IB, MB, Branch, SMS, through phone, email or chat, report the scam, etc.

During the course of investigation, if any documents need to be submitted, the concerned team will ask for the necessary documents via email, SMS.
