a. Internet Banking: Login > Select Accounts > My Debit Cards > Select the Debit Card > More Services > Select Set Debit Card PIN > enter New PIN & Expiry Date > Enter NetSecure code
b. Axis Mobile app: Login > Click on Menu > Services & Support > Debit Cards: Set / Reset PIN > Select your Debit Card > Enter New PIN > Enter MPIN to process your request
c. Phone: Call Phone Banking number > Select Debit Card PIN Generation > Validate Debit Card Number, Expiry Date, and Account Number > Select PIN Generation > Enter Activation Code > Set Debit Card PIN
Please Note: Activation code is sent on your email ID / Mobile phone during this process and is valid for 30 minutes
d. ATM: Insert Debit Card at ATM > Select PIN Change Option > Enter Mobile No. > Enter Pass Code > Enter New PIN
