Customer Education and Awareness
As part of the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) initiatives to enhance the level of financial education and awareness amongst customers, the Consumer Education and Protection Department (CEPD), RBI has launched a PAN India Intensive Awareness Campaign.
The objective behind the said campaign is to enhance public awareness on financial customer rights, Internal Grievance Redress (IGR) as well as the Alternate Grievance Redress (AGR) mechanism of RBI, Safe Digital Banking Practices, Steps to be taken if a fraud occurs, etc.
Axis Bank, in its designated capacity, will actively promote this campaign through various channels of communication to its customers as well as the general public. This section includes various documents shared by the RBI from time to time for awareness programs being conducted PAN India in addition to the topics mentioned earlier.
