Report A Fraud Or Dispute

I have transferred funds to a wrong beneficiary through UPI?

In case of a wrong fund transfer through UPI, you can write to us by clicking on the ‘Send us an Email’ tab with the following details. Resolution TAT is up to 35 days from dispute lodgment date.

· Date of transaction

· Transaction amount

· RRN (reference number)

· Beneficiary UPI details - Please mention the name and UPI handle. E.g.: If UPI ID is abc@axisbank, the name is abc and UPI handle is axisbank

· You may attach your Statement of Account as an additional document

Notes:

1. Additional 2 days will be required for processing.

2. Dispute has to be raised within 45 days (in case of Person-to-Person transaction) from the date of transaction. Any dispute received post that would be taken up on good-faith basis and  would be dependent on the beneficiary bank for resolution. Wrong credit dispute is not applicable in case of Person to Merchant transactions
