1. In case the transaction has failed, the amount will get credited back to your account in T+1/T+5 days depending on the Person-to-Person or Person-to-Merchant transaction respectively (T being date of transaction).
2. For a successful Person to Merchant transaction where goods and services have not been delivered / credit not reversed for cancelled goods / account debited but transaction confirmation not received by merchant, please wait for T+5 days. For a Person to Person transaction where beneficiary has not received the credit, please wait for T +1 days (T being date of transaction).
In case the same is not resolved as per above timelines, you can write to us by clicking on the ‘Send us an Email’ tab with the following details. Overall resolution TAT is up to 45 days from dispute lodgment date.
· Date of transaction
· Transaction amount
· RRN (reference number)
· Beneficiary UPI details - Please mention the name and UPI handle. (E.g.: If UPI ID is abc@axisbank, then the name is abc and the UPI handle is axisbank)
· For Person to Person transaction, please also share beneficiary bank’s Statement of Account
· You may attach your Statement of Account as additional documents
Notes:
1. Additional 2 days will be required for processing.
2. Dispute has to be raised within 45 days (in case of Person-to-Person transaction) & 90 days (in case of Person to Merchant Transaction) from the date of transaction. Any dispute received post that would be taken up on good-faith basis and would be dependent on the beneficiary bank for resolution.
