You can raise a dispute by sending us an email using the Email Tab provided on the right side of the page. Please mention the below details in your email:
• Date of Transaction
• Transaction Amount
• RRN (Reference Number)
• Beneficiary UPI details - Please mention the name and UPI handle. E.g: If UPI ID is abc@axisbank, the name will be abc and UPI ID is axisbank
