a. Yo click on option “Do Now” to update passport and click here to update Visa.
b. Axis Mobile App: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update Passport Details / Update Visa
c. Internet Banking: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update Passport Details / Update Visa
d. Email: Send us a scanned image of the self-attested copy of your Passport / Visa along with the Passport / Visa updation form from your registered email ID using the below options:
• Send us an email by clicking on the email tab below
• Send us an email to the Branch Head / Operations Head of your Home Branch
e. Axis Bank Branch: Submit a request at any Axis Bank Branch along with self-attested copy of Passport / Visa
f. Relationship Manager: You can also contact your Relationship Manger for assistance
g. Representative Office: Visit Representative Office in UAE or Axis Bank Branch UK
