a. SMS: SMS - PAN <space> <PAN Number> <space> <Customer ID> from your registered mobile number. Send the SMS to the numbers basis your location as below:
+91 919951860002 - If you are sending the SMS from International Mobile Number.
56161600 - If you are sending the SMS from Indian Mobile Number.
b. Axis Mobile App: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update PAN / Update Form 60
c. Internet Banking: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update PAN / Update Form 60
d. Email: Send us the self-attested PAN copy or duly filled and signed scanned Form 60 along with self-attested scan copy of ID and Address Proof from the registered email ID using the below options:
e. Click on the e-mail tab
f. Email id of Branch Head / Operations Head of the Home Branch
g. Axis Bank Branch: Submit physical request at an Axis Bank Branch along with self-attested copy of Pan Card with duly filled and signed Customer Request Form or Form 60 along with self-attested ID and Address Proof and duly filled and signed Customer Request Form.

i. Representative Office: Visit Representative Office in UAE or Axis Bank Branch UK
