SMS: UPDATEM<space> <your new email ID> from your registered mobile number. Send the SMS to the numbers basis your location as below:
a) +91 919951860002 - If you are sending the SMS from International Mobile Number.
56161600 - If you are sending the SMS from Indian Mobile Number.
b) Axis Mobile App: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update Email ID
c) Internet Banking: Login > Dashboard > Services > My Profile > Update Email ID
d) E-mail: Send across the completely filled scanned Customer Request Form from your registered E-mail ID to Axis Bank Branch. You can follow this process only if you have provided the Email & Fax instruction document to your branch & same has been updated in the bank records.
e) Axis Bank Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch
f) Relationship Manager: You can also contact your Relationship Manager for assistance
g) Representative Office: Visit Representative Office in UAE or Axis Bank Branch UK
