I have not received the e-statement for my Credit Card. What do I do?
You can view or download your statement using the below options:
a. Axis Support: Click on the tab above ‘Download Using Registered Mobile Number >> Enter your Registered Mobile Number >> Enter OTP >> Select your Credit Card No. >> Your latest statement will be downloaded on your device
b. Mobile Banking: Axis Mobile Home Page >> Credit Cards >> Select Card >> Click on Last Bill Amount >> Past Statement >> Select Month >> View Transactions 
c. Internet Banking: Snapshot >> Click on Credit Cards >> Select Credit Card >> View Current Statement >> Download Statement in PDF, XLS or CSV format
d. Phone: Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below 

What are the possible billing cycle dates for credit card?
The possible billing cycle dates for a credit card statement are as follows:
a. Miles & More Cards – 25th of each month
b. Vistara Cards – 22nd of each month
c. Signature Card – 18th of each month
d. Other Cards - 1st,12th,13th,15th,20th,22nd and 25th of every month
While Miles & More Cards & Signature Cards have a fixed billing cycle, other card customers can Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below or write to us by clicking on the chat tab below to request for a change in the billing cycle considering the available options.
