You can reset the security questions through the following modes:
a. Internet Banking (using your usual device) - Reset adaptive question online with debit card credentials. Along with the revised question, ‘Reset Questions’ button will be available next to the Confirm button
b. ATM – Reset questions at our Axis Bank ATM
c. Phone - Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below
d. Branch - Visit the nearest Branch
Once the questions are reset, you will not be able to increase the Funds Transfer limit for 5 days.
