If your Internet Banking login behaviour changes (for instance, if you have logged in from a new browser or a new device), security questions are prompted after you log in. These are a set of questions to which you must have answered at the time of first login. The system saves the answers to the questions selected by you. Incorrect inputs or typographical errors while entering responses to security questions will not allow you to proceed to Internet Banking. After multiple attempts to answer are exhausted, your Internet Banking access gets locked for 24 hours.
