The credit period varies for each transaction depending on the transaction date and statement generation date.
All charges received by the bank before the statement date will reflect in the current month statement and will be payable before the current payment due date.
All charges processed to card account after your current statement date would reflect only in your next card statement.
Consequently you would enjoy a longer credit period for such transactions.
