Excess Credit Refund is generally adjusted towards purchases but the refund can be processed only if a request is received from the Credit Card holder. The refund can be processed in the below ways:
a. To your Axis Bank Account
b. Demand Draft to your mailing address (if you do not hold an Axis Bank Account)
c. NEFT transfer (if you do not hold an Axis Bank Account)
Documents required to process refund of excess credit in my Credit Card
a. Payment made through Axis Bank Account – No documents required
b. Payment made in Cash – Cash receipt is required
c. Other Bank Credit Card – Other Bank Credit Card Statement showing the payment debit
d. Other Bank Account - Other Bank Account Statement showing the payment debit
Cancelled cheque copy & IFSC Code is required for Demand Draft & NEFT Transfer to Other Bank Account.
