How do I update Address in my Current Account?
If you are an entity, please visit the nearest Axis Bank Branch and fill the Customer Request form and provide self attested address proof. Your Customer Request Form will be verified by branch officials and further processing shall be done.

Can I update my Address through any other channel?
If you are an Individual customer or a Sole proprietor, then you will be able to update your Address using your Axis Mobile app or through Internet Banking using the below steps:
a. Axis Mobile app: Click on Menu >> Services & Support >> Insta Services >>
Update Contact >> Update Communication Address / Permanent Address
>> Agree to the Terms & Condition >> Upload Documents
Keep your Driving License / Passport / Aadhaar / Election Card handy. For Office Address, please attach Declaration on company letterhead
b. Internet Banking: Click on Services >> Insta Services >> Enter Code received
through SMS >> Select Contact >> Click on Update Address >>
Enter Address >> Update
