How do I update email ID in my Current Account?
If you are an entity, you need to go to the nearest Axis Bank Branch and fill the Customer Request form with updated email ID details and submit it.
How many email IDs can be updated in my Current Account?
You can update 2 email IDs in your Current Account having a maximum length of 50 characters including space between the 2 e-mail ids each.
Can I update my email ID through any other channel?
If you are an Individual customer or a Sole proprietor, then you will be able to update your Email id using your Axis Mobile app or through Internet Banking using the below steps:
a. Axis Mobile App: Click on Banking >> Insta Services >> Contact >> Update

b. Internet Banking:Click on Services >> My Profile >> Update Email Address >> Enter Code received
through SMS >> Select Contact >> Click on Update Email ID >>
Enter Email ID >> Update
