In case there are concerns pertaining to 'Total Loss' (due to damage / theft) of the vehicle, which has been hypothecated to our Bank, you can visit any of our loan centers convenient to you along with the 'Total Loss' Report / Letter issued by your Insurance service provider and the claim amount. Based on the information and documents provided to us, our loan center representative shall take up your request and guide you on loan closure.
