Report A Fraud Or Dispute

Unauthorised funds transfers have been initiated from my Axis Mobile App or Internet Banking. What are the next steps?

1. Please contact our Phone Banking channel on number 1860 419 5555 or write to our Email channels. You may also reach out to your nearest branch informing about the unauthorised transaction on Internet/Mobile banking.
2. Inform the Bank official to block the Digital Channel  (PBC, Email and branches) to block the IB or MB (as per the channel) for further transaction restrictions.
3. During the course of investigation, in case of any documents that need to be submitted, the concerned team will ask for the necessary documents via email and call.
