I had initiated a funds transfer / bill payment / recharge from Internet / Mobile Banking. What should I do in case of the below scenarios:
• Account debited but funds not received / recharge not done / payee not credited
• Account debited twice but cash credited / paid only once
• Transaction cancelled / failed but account debited
You can report this matter using the below channels:
a. Phone – Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab provided on the right side of the page
b. Email – Send us an email by clicking on the Email tab provided on the right side of the page
c. Branch – Visit the nearest Axis Bank Branch
