To generate/reset PIN for MULTI-CURRENCY Forex Card, please follow any of the below processes-
Process - 1
Customer can set the PIN of his choice at any Axis Bank ATM in India by following the below steps:
Insert card in Axis Bank ATM.
Click on Reset / generate PIN Option.
Enter DOB (DD-MM-YYYY).
Enter the registered mobile number.
OTP will be sent to the customers registered mobile number.
Customer to enter the OTP and reset the PIN of his / her choice.
Process 2
Customer can call customer care or visit the nearest branch to generate the ATM PIN.
Customer care team should verify the customer details and then trigger the system generated PIN. The PIN will be auto sent on customers registered email ID.

Process 3
Customer can reset the ATM PIN through Forex Card Prepaid Customer portal self-service - Link Click here
Customer needs to login by entering the Username and password-
Username: Enter your Forex Card number.
Password: WEB PIN (First time login). If customer forgets the WEB PIN, customer can connect with Branch RM or Call center for the same. Once logged in, the customer needs to follow the below mentioned steps:
Select the Personalize option.
Click on the Forget ATM PIN and fill the correct details requested on screen.
OTP will be triggered on the Forex card registered email id, click on submit.
On next screen Customer can set the New PIN of his / her choice.
After updating the new PIN, click on submit.
