Once you receive your card, please generate the PIN using the below process:
a. Axis Mobile App: Login > Menu > Services & Support > Debit Card: Set / Reset PIN > Select Debit Card > Enter New PIN > Enter mPIN
b. Internet Banking: Login > Accounts > My Debit Cards > Select the Debit Card > More Services Drop Down > Select Set Debit Card PIN > Enter New PIN > Expiry Date > NetSecure Code
c. Phone: Call Phone Banking Number > Select Debit Card PIN Generation > Validate Debit Card Number, Expiry Date, and Account Number > Select PIN Generation > Enter Activation Code > Set Debit Card PIN
Please Note: Activation code is sent on your email ID / Mobile phone during this process and is valid for 30 minutes
d. ATM: Insert Debit Card at ATM > Select PIN Change Option > Enter Mobile No. > Enter Pass Code > Enter New PIN
