How do I block my credit card

You can block or replace your Credit Card using the below channels:

a. Axisbank.com/Support: Support Home Page > Insta Services > Click on Cards > Block Credit Card >Enter Registered Mobile Number > Enter OTP > Select Card > Click on submit > Your Card will be blocked and replaced.

(You can also click on option “Do Now” to use this service)

b. Chat with Axis Aha!: Click on Axis Aha! Icon below or on axisbank.com > Type “Block Credit Card” > Login with you Internet Banking credentials or MPIN > Select the card to block > Click on “Confirm” > Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number > Your card will be blocked

c. Axis Mobile App: Login > Credit Cards > Select the Card > Click on Controls > Select Block & Replace Card 

d. Internet Banking: Login > Accounts > My Credit Cards > Select the card > More Services > Select Block card > Select Reason > Click on Next > Enter NetSecure Code 

e. SMS: SMS BLOCK <<your 16 digit card number> to +919951860002 / 56161600 from your registered mobile to block your card on a real time basis. 

f. Phone: Call us on the numbers using the call tab to the right
