Visit Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) Login Page > Click on Set/Reset Password > Enter your Corporate ID, Login ID, Mobile Number & Email ID > A link will be sent to the registered Email ID > Select from login password, transaction password or both basis whichever password you need to reset > Click on enter password > Enter OTP sent on the registered mobile number.
Please note that your mobile number and email ID should already be registered with Axis Bank to generate password online/reset your online password.
Visit https://corporate.axisbank.co.in/wps/portal/cBanking/axiscbanking/AxisCorporateLogin/ for CIB.
For unlocking ID, kindly write to us at cmscustomercare.mum@axisbank.com providing the corporate code and user ID.
