a. Internet Banking: Click on Services > Account Services > Update Nominee > Select Account number > Select from Add New Nominee / Change Nominee > Generate Request Form > Fill in the details > Print, Sign & Upload Form > Enter NetSecure code received through SMS

b. Branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch
