Debit Freeze has been applied to accounts (where PAN or Form 16 isn't updated in the account) & meet the following two criteria:
1. Balance in the account is Rs.5 lacs and above
2. The total deposits (including credits by electronic or other means) made after November 9, 2016 exceeds Rs.2 lacs.
