You can place a request for issuance of a Statement of Holding or Transaction, using one of the below mentioned ways:
a. Axis Bank branch: Visit your nearest Axis Bank DP enabled Branch (Can be checked in the Branch Locator) and submit the Request Letter.
b. Internet Banking: Go to Investments >> My Demat >> Statement Inquiry (applicable only for NSDL customers. CDSL customer need to visit nearest branch.)
Please Note: You can also view your holdings and download statements through Internet Banking.
