The user is advised to read the terms and conditions and all necessary disclosures for each product before taking an investment decision. Some of the products offered under this service are provided by third parties and users are subject to the terms and conditions of each third party product and Axis Bank shall not be liable for such products. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of Axis Bank or any third party. Axis Bank does not accept any responsibility for any errors whether caused by negligence or otherwise or for any loss or damage incurred by anyone in reliance on anything set out herein or the products/services offered by the third party. Axis Bank shall not be liable for the tax planning assist provided herein and the recipient should, before acting on such assistance seek professional advice from an independent tax advisor to verify the taxation implications depending on the tax laws which are subject to change from time to time. These services are offered free of cost to customers and no consideration is involved. ` 57,165 is the maximum amount of Income Tax that can be saved by investing ` 1,35,000 in eligible tax-saving instruments. It is calculated for the highest tax slab of 30.90% (includes Education Cess). Under TaxAssist, Life Insurance is offered by Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Health Insurance is offered by TATA AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd., RGESS is offered by AxisDirect and ELSS is offered by various AMCs. This service is subject to applicable law and regulations and would be modified / discontinued based on the prevailing law / regulation at any point of time and neither party shall be under any liability or obligation or continue to offer such services till such time the terms are modified by the Parties as per the prevailing/ amended law at that point of time. In the event, that the service cannot be continued without total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, this service shall be deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting / prohibiting the service comes into force.
