I have not received my eStatement. What do I do? 

Your e-statement is sent on your registered email ID. In case it doesn’t show in your primary inbox, please check your Spam / Junk folder or whether the mail is blocked by firewall in case an official email id is provided.

How do I get a statement for my NRI account?

You can also request for your statement using the below options:

a. SMS <ESTMT><space><Last 5 digits of account number><From Date><To Date> - Dates in DD-MM-YYYY format to +91 9717000002 from your registered mobile number. 

For e.g. ESTMT 12345 01-04-2016 30-04-2016. This is applicable only if you are registered for e-statements

b. Click on Download Your Savings Account Statement >> Enter Registered Mobile Number >> Enter OTP >> Select Account >> Select Duration >> Statement will be downloaded

(You can also scroll up and click on 'Download Statement Using Registered Mobile No.' tab  to use this option)

c. Axis Mobile App: Select View Statement / Email Statement from Account 

d. Internet Banking: Select between Mini Statement / Detailed Statement from Operative Accounts through Accounts option 

e. Branch / ATM : Visit your nearest Axis Bank ATM or Axis Bank Branch

I am receiving e-statements that are not pertaining to my account. What do I do?

a. Click here to find a list of our NRI contact numbers 

b. Write to us by clicking on the 'Chat' tab below

c. Visit your nearest Axis Bank Branch 

Please provide us the email ID on which you are receiving these statements
