What is Re-KYC? Why do I need to do a Re-KYC check for my Bank Account?
As per RBI guidelines on KYC norms, Banks need to periodically update customer identification documents in the records of their account holders. In addition to the KYC carried out at the time of account opening, the account holders may be required to undergo re-KYC and submit the requisite documents.

How do I know that the Re-KYC is due for my account?
The Bank will send you an intimation when the Re-KYC is due for your account.

How can I update my KYC documents?
You can update the re-KYC using any of the below mentioned ways:
a. Email – Send a scanned copy of duly filled & signed Re-KYC form & acceptable documents through your registered email ID to the Home Branch (email id of Branch Head/Operations Head)
b. Branch – Visit your Home Branch and submit the duly signed KYC Form & acceptable documents
c. Courier – Send the Physical Re-KYC form & acceptable documents to your Home Branch through Courier
