I want to convert my transaction to EMI. What are requirements?
a. Transaction amount should be greater than Rs.2500/-
b. Transaction should not be older than 60 days
c. Sufficient Credit limit should be available on the card
d. Credit Card should be active and not be blocked 

What are the tenure options I can avail to convert my credit card transaction to EMI?
You could convert eligible transactions to EMI for the tenure of 6, 9 & 12 months. Transaction amounts above Rs. 30,000/- or can be converted to EMI with the tenure of 18 & 24 months as well.

What are the interest rates & charges applicable to convert my credit card transaction to EMI?
a. Rate of Interest – 1.5% interest (Monthly Reducing Balance)
b. Processing Fee – 1.5% or minimum of Rs.150/- whichever is higher
c. Service Tax – 18% on the above fees & interest charged

I want to know the terms & conditions for EMI transactions on my Credit Card.
a. Reward points earned for this transaction will be debited
b. Jewellery and Cash transactions cannot be converted to EMI
c. EMI facility is not applicable for Prepaid Cards, Shriram Cards, Trust Cards, Corporate Cards with Company Liability and Bajaj Allianz Cards.
d. If Auto Debit is active for the Total Amount Due on your Credit Card please change this to Minimum Due before opting for EMI conversion

I want to convert my Credit Card Transaction to EMI. How do I do it?
You can convert your existing transaction to an EMI transaction using the below options:
a. Internet Banking : Select your Card from My Credit Cards through Accounts option >> Select on Convert to EMI >> Select the transaction from the statement / unbilled transactions & enter EMI details >> Agree to the Terms & Conditions & Enter the NetSecure Code 
b. Axis Mobile App : Click on Credit Cards & Click on Convert to EMI >> Select the transaction through Statement / Unbilled Transactions & enter  EMI details >> Agree to the Terms & Conditions & Enter mPIN (Mobile Banking Password)
c. Phone : Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below

How will I get confirmation of my EMI conversion request?
You will receive a SMS on submission of request. This request will get processed immediately & you will get confirmation for EMI conversion through SMS on mobile.

Can I cancel the EMI transaction & what are the charges applicable on cancellation?
If a call / email for cancellation is made before the first EMI is debited, processing fee will be waived off. If a call / email is made after 30 days of EMI debit, this will be considered as a foreclosure and 3% foreclosure charge plus service tax will be applied on principal outstanding.
