Please find attached the Account Opening Form as per the details mentioned by you in the online application form. Please go through the form to check if all details have been correctly captured as per the relevant documentary proofs.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to complete your online application

1. Take a print of the attached Account Opening Form &
1. Sign at all the relevant spaces on the form
2. Affix a passport size *photograph on the first page (in the provided space) for the primary applicant & page 10 for the joint applicant (if applicable)
3. Sign across the photograph with some part of the signatures appearing on the account opening form.
2. Upload the scanned image of the signed Account Opening Form along with the attested copies of the KYC**. Please click here for the List of acceptable KYC documents.

*The photograph should not be a photocopy of a photograph. Original coloured photograph is required

**All the KYC documents should be attested by either of the following:

1. Authorized branch official of your overseas bank
2. Notary public abroad; or
3. Indian Embassy/Consulate General in your overseas country of residence
4. Court Magistrate; or
5. Judge; or
6. Authorised officials of overseas branches of Scheduled Commercial Banks registered in India;
7. Justice of Peace (applicable to applicants residing in New Zealand & Australia only)
8. Apostille Certification

Also, find below the link for MID (Most important Document). This document encloses most of the charges relevant to your account. Request you to take a print of the same, mention the Bar Code & your name & sign it to acknowledge.

The KYC documents & the account opening form will be verified and we will get in touch with you for a complimentary courier pick-up of all the documents along with signed MID and the Account Opening form, as per your convenience.

Important:

1. To avoid rejections at the application processing stage, please ensure that the information on the account opening form is as per your KYC documents. In case of any mismatch, you can make changes in the printed copy and authenticate them by placing a full signature of the Principal Applicant near the change.
2. All Applicants should sign all the relevant declarations, Terms & Conditions & Nomination Form.
3. PAN Number is mandatory to open an NRI account through online mode.
4. Once the account(s) are opened, you will be required to fund the account(s) through Wire Transfer initiated from your overseas existing KYC complied bank account, only post scuessful welcome kit delivery to your communication address to operationlize your account.
5. Welcome kit needs to sucessfully delivered to your communication address before initating funding in your account. In case inital funding is received before welcome kit is sucessfully delivered, transaction may be returned.
