• Download or E-mail your Statement of loan account:
a) Loans > Services > Statement of Loan Account > Download/E-mail
b) Services > Loans > Statement of Loan Account > Download/E-mail

• Pay loan overdue through Pay My Dues:
From Axis Bank account
a) Payments > Pay My Dues > Loans > Enter Amount > Payment Via Axis Bank > Select Account > Pay > Confirmation Page > Confirm

From Other Bank account
a) Payments > Pay My Dues > Loans > Enter Amount > Payment Via Other Bank > Pay > Mode Freecharge > Confirmation Page > Confirm >
Enter UPI ID / Debit Card Details / Net Banking > Pay

• Update PAN, Date of Birth, Email ID, Communication & Permanent Address:
Services > My Profile > Click on Edit > you can update or edit below information-

d) Email ID

• Request for Change in your EMI repayment account:

• Request for Change in your EMI Cycle Date:
